Your Operating Lease
easifleet offers a range of services and extras for you to chose from when you take out an operating lease. We make it easi so you can have the security of knowing that all the running costs on the vehicle are covered, for the duration of the lease.
insurance
Our insurance package includes replacement windscreen without excess, hire costs, new replacement vehicle within the first 12 months of the lease, loss or damage to personal property, and tyre replacement in case of loss.
Servicing & Maintenance
easifleet has access to fleet discounts with manufacturers and recommended servicing agents, and we pass these discounts on to our operating lease clients.
Vehicle Registration
Annual registration of the vehicle can be paid automatically by easifleet prior to expiry.
Roadside Assistance
Our roadside assistance package covers unlimited call-outs, free towage within 20 kilometres of town limits, free fuel delivery, free flat battery callout, free flat and spare tyre change, free immobiliser deactivation service, transportation where possible and necessary in the event of an accident, and a free vehicle key lock-out service.
Fuel
Each car is assigned a fuel card. Fuel discounts are provided on either the pump price or the daily card rate. Fuel cards can be secured by a PIN or signature. easifleet offers the fuel card services of all the major fuel suppliers.
Tyres
Your vehicle receives 4 new tyres every 50,000 kilometres.
Carbon Offsets
You have the option of offsetting your vehicle's carbon emissions. We help establish the emission rates and relevant offset fee through our 'Go Green' initiative scheme.
Driver Training
Specialised driver training courses can be arranged to meet both individual and your organisation's needs.
The Benefits
We make operating leases easi with fixed monthly payments so you always know what's coming. The leases are also for a fixed period so your organization can know ahead of time what your budget is. As the individual driver, or your organization, does not own the vehicle it can remain off the balance sheet. At the end of the lease simply return the car. There is no residual risk. You only pay for the usage of the vehicle, not the ownership.
