Fuel Card Service

easifleet’s fuel card service offers you convenient access to fuel for all your vehicles. Multiple fuel cards can be supplied with each vehicle. Each fuel card is linked to the vehicle on easifleet’s Fleet Management System (FMS) to enable accurate tracking of all transaction charges.
easifleet utilises the fuel card services of all the major fuel suppliers. Fuel discounts are provided on either the pump price or the daily card rate depending on the fuel provider.
easifleet’s fuel cards can be secured by a PIN, signature or both. They can also be issued with a daily limit. The use of cards can be limited to the purchase of a single product (fuel) or any number of products (e.g., lubricants, car wash). Shop purchases are not permitted.

Accident Management

easifleet can lodge claims on behalf of the employee and arrange for repair quotes. Once the repairs have been approved, easifleet monitors these repairs to ensure the vehicle is returned without undue delay.
easifleet has a dedicated claims administration section. All claims are logged on to easifleet’s FMS. Reports are run daily to track the progress of all claims from the time of lodgment through to the completion of any repair work.
easifleet can arrange for a loan car where one is available. Any hire costs involved may be covered by the vehicle’s insurance policy. Premiums are set for the duration of the lease and can be cancelled at any stage throughout the lease.

Roadside Assistance Service

With easifleet, your fleet is assured of 24/7 national roadside assistance.
easifleet utilises the services of Ultra Roadside Assistance who have a national network of service providers offering coverage to all metropolitan centres and the majority of regional centres throughout Australia. In some areas, state roadside organisations such as the NRMA or the various state RAC groups are subcontracted to enhance service delivery.
Our roadside assistance covers:

  • Unlimited call-outs per vehicle
  • Free towage within 20 kms of town limits
  • Free fuel delivery (cost of fuel charged)
  • Free flat battery callout
  • Free flat and spare tyre change
  • Free immobiliser deactivation service
  • Transportation where possible and necessary in the case of an accident
  • Free vehicle key lock-out service

Relief Vehicle Service

easifleet offers dedicated assistance in providing relief vehicles through our extensive network of hire companies. The preferential rates we have with rental companies can be included in your consolidated monthly invoice depending on the financial model used.

Vehicle Disposal Service

easifleet has formed partnerships with key disposal agencies across Australia to allow for smooth vehicle disposal. At the end of your lease, vehicles can be left at a dealership where a new car is to be collected or transported from site. All vehicles are assessed according to fair wear and tear guidelines from respective financiers.

Fringe Benefit Tax Reporting

easifleet provides FBT reporting for corporate fleets. These reports can be based on the least liability method where log books are maintained or by the statutory method where logs are not maintained. They can be provided via our web reporting facility, via email (adhoc reports) or in hardcopy.
Where budget FBT components have been set based on anticipated annual utilization, reports are available on the web reporting facility to track budget against actual. Exception reports indicate where the utilisation has changed sufficiently to increase the Statutory Fraction and hence the FBT liability.

Corporate Reporting

easifleet provides routine predetermined reports based on individual client’s requirements via our web reporting facility. Once reports have been run, they can be saved to the user’s directory which is readily accessible using Microsoft Excel. Our web reporting facility allows employers to record changes relating to such issues as cost centres and employee details. New users can be added. Access to reports can also be limited to certain staff or departments. All these changes are logged and verified prior to updating.
