For Existing Lease Holders
As an existing lease holder, you have access to your lease details online through our client login section. Here you can find information about your current lease, including fuel consumption and maintenance history.
Our Novated Relationship Team is also ready to help you out with any queries you may have. As part of this team, we have dedicated people looking after your lease, your service and maintenance details, and your customer satisfaction.

End of Lease
One month prior to the expiry of your novated lease you will receive notification of how to complete your residual payment. At this point you have the option of refinancing, paying out the residual or having us sell the car on your behalf and leasing a new car. If you have any questions about your end of lease options please phone the Novated Relationship Team on 1300 266 828.
Changing Employer
If you are changing employer, you need to inform us as soon as possible. This will ensure you continue to make the correct payments on your lease and allow us to make the transition easi for you. For further information, read our ‘A How to Guide to Changing Employer’.
Web–Reporting Access
When you take out a novated lease with easifleet, you will be issued with a client login to allow you to access our Online Reporting Suite. This provides you with instant access to information about your lease. If you have not received this information, please contact the easifleet Novated Relationship Team.
Our ‘How to Guide’ also provides you with additional information on what you need to do in the event of:
- a change in personal details
- a change of employer
- a change in your driving circumstances (fuel consumption, annual kms etc)
- expiration of your vehicle registration
- an accident
- a need for repairs or service
- a need to claim a reimbursement
- loss of your fuel card
