Taking out a novated lease really is easi.
One of the things you need to think about when you lease a new car is your annual kilometres. It is important you make an accurate estimate of the number of kilometres you will drive in any one FBT year (April to March). Your annual kilometres total is directly linked to your Fringe Benefit Tax payments. If you underestimate your annual kilometres, you may be required to pay an additional FBT amount at the end of the FBT year.

If you find your circumstances change at any time throughout your lease and there is a significant adjustment in your annual kiometres (e.g., + or – 5000), or if you are likely to shift to a different FBT bracket, please contact our Novated Relationship Team so we can adjust your monthly payments accordingly.
